new phone without giving me potions

I dont know what to do with cell c anymore ,for three months I have been battling with the with the phone that has to go for repairs every time eventually they give me a new phone .initially the phone was a Sony phone and I sent them an email asking them to change the brand they did not respond and today I just received a Lumia phone,I have been calling cell c for the past 2 hours and no one can assist me to give me clarity on why ,I feel so victimized by cell c and their service is pathetic
