New phone already in repairs

<p>My husband and i went to Cell C in Wonderpark on the 16 of February to buy a cellphone. We already have 2 exisiting contracts with them. We bought a Samsung cant remember the model but it cost something like R5200. Come 23 Feb the cellphone is no longer working, when ever you call the cellphone it rings but the screen is dead. I tell my husband to return the cellphone because its still new, when he gets to Cell C he is told they cant give him a phone replacement as 7days has already passed they can take the phone for repairs. How could they take a new phone that is less than14 days for repairs. If it was a month maybe i would not worry these much but the phone is still very new maybe 6 months later it would do the very same thing. Im so disappointed and feel that i dont need that phone anymore. If we cancel that contract we still gonna pay for unknown fees. It hasn't even deducted the first installment but its already in for repairs.</p>
