New Order - No Call Backs or sms's - from CellC

I called and placed an order for a New Contract on the 1 June 2015. I waited the whole day for the email on what documents are required for FICA. I called in four times. Which the consultant escalated the call to the consultant and the team lead. . I called back the Friday 5th June 2015 to cancel the order. To date I never received a call from Cell C. I am very disappointed in Cell C service. I have had my 084 number since the inception of Cell C and I am thinking of going to Vodacom.
