New kids in town!!!

As humans we are quick to complain when things are gong wrong but fail to give credit where credit is due. There is no specific individual that I'll like to compliment but the whole customer care. I've never experienced such GREAT consistent customer service, not even once have I experience poor service from Cell C. It's always a pleasure dealing with their consultants who are friendly and willing to go an extra mile. Cell c might not be South Africa's leading network YET but if their service remain excellent as it is, then I am 100% sure they will change that.

When I took my contacts with Cell C, I had my doubts and felt like I am betraying another services provider that I've been with for years but after few encounters with your consultants my doubts were taken away. Now I feel at home with a network that doesn't only put business interests first but put their customers interest at heart. Thank you Cell C.
