NEW CONTRACT STRESS

Bad service from Cell C , I app**** for a contract online on the 19/10/2015 and complited the deal the same day, I was then adviced that my order was approved by Tshepang Mole on the 21/10/2015 by email and the delivery guys will contact me shortly. I was told that delivery takes 3-7 days from application date. Today its the 29/10/2015 and I havent received my device and I also received an sms on the 27/10/2015 that my order was approved(thats more than a week to approve an order). As a new client , I am dissapointed by the service I am getting from Cell C, what makes it more sad is that my wife app**** for a mobile device with MTN and received her order the following day, Cell C is letting me down and I am not sure if I will ever receive my order. Their 084 152 number is always busy you will hold for 30minutes without getting to the consultant. When will I receive my order , this is the second week and no one is saying anything.
