New contract no delivered after 3 weeks

I took out a newline on the Huawei p8 lite about 3 WEEKS Ago and I have still not received anything as yet, not even a call informing me when I can expect my phone and sim. <br> Just trying to figure out if url are hand making the phone?<br> It's a good thing telkom is taking over, maybe then I will receive my phone,,
