New contract Nightmare

I started the process on the 12th of March and I still do not have a working phone. I ported over to Cell C. First everything was going smooth, then my phone was delayed and only delivered on the 24th, then surprise!! they send the wrong type of simcard, so I called them and they said they will send the correct one to me. this morning I phoned and asked where it was only to discover I was **** to and the card was never sent, they don't have stock to send! So I had to drive around to find a shop that do have a sim card. Then I phoned back do do a sim swop, only to discover 4 hours later the sim swop was never done!!! So now I wait to see what they will fluff next!!! Well done Cell C, thats how you treat new customers!!!
