New Contract might not happen as service is lackluster

On Thursday 14/07/2016, I tried appyling online for a new contract for the Apple iPhone 6 128GB and to my amazement, Cell C said the phone is discontinued and is no longer supported. No problem, I called the contract line 084 145 and got to speak to this consultant and ordered a new Apple iPhone 6 16GB. I was informed that it would arrive within 5-7 working days. Today (21/07/2016), I called the contract line 084 145 to follow up (I have NOT received any handset nor any follow up emails detailing the progress of the order) and to my utter shock, I was informed that my order had not been processed as Cell C does not support this handset; yet when I visit the following page (https://www.cellc.co.za/cellc/voice-contract-deal/epic-topup#/Smartphones), the phone exists in plain sight (See the attached screenshot).

After following up with this consultant via email (as I do not have a phone), he supp**** me with screenshots of the order clearly showing that the Apple iPhone 128GB was ordered! How can an order be placed for a cellphone that a) does not exist b) is the incorrect item as I distinctly ordered the 16GB when I spoke to the consultant on the Thursday (14/07/2016) and c) Why was I not informed by the consultant via cellphone or email that my order had problems?

What is going on Cell C?!?! The left hand does NOT know what the right hand is doing! I deliberately changed networks because I heard great things about your service yet this first impression leaves me utterly disgusted and on the brink of cancelling my contract!
First impressions count Cell C!

As you can see from the attached screenshot, the phone clearly exists on the site and please look at the date (it's today's date)
I would like someone from management to call me as this needs to be sorted out as I want my phone and this issue of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing has to be addressed!
