NEW CONTRACT - AWAIT HANDSET DELIVERY

My application was lodged on 15 October 2015. I only received approval and my reference number (SPI***) on 27 October 2015, almost 2 weeks later. <br> <br> No one has made contact to arrange delivery and I tried calling twice. The first time I was on the phone for 15 minutes and the second time the phone cut out after 16 minutes. When I called earlier today, I was told that a handset has not yet been booked out and that I cannot go to a branch to collect it either - I need to wait for a courier. <br> <br> I'm a new client who is worried about service delivery from a new service provider. I am now in two minds about using Cell C if this is the level of service being provided. If it takes almost 2 weeks just to process an application, how long will I need to wait for delivery...another 2 weeks?<br> <br> Could someone please assist with confirmation that the handset will be delivered before the end of this week.
