new contract and number without knowing???

<p>I recently called Cell C to have my number upgraded to a new handset as the contract had come to the end of term.</p> <p>After not receiving my normal monthly airtime that was stipulated in the upgrade choice I was horrified to find out that they have kept my old number as prepaid and opened a whole new contract up with a new number. After many pointless calls and reference numbers I have gotten nowhere. I really need someone senior to sort this out as im currently paying for all cellphone usage on my current number and dont even know what the new number is? I need the whole contract to be reinstated on my existing number.</p>
