New contract
I app**** for Samsung grand neo plus contract online.Last week you called wanting to deliver it but you had a wrong cellphone(AG MOBILE)which i did not apply for.After i told you its the wrong you did not even bother to tell me if you will deliver a correct one or not.UP to date im still waiting for a phone which was an urgent matter.What should i do...?Should i go buy somewhere or should i wait for until whenever,,,.I was so happy to finally having a contract with cell c,,but im so disappointed...My first with cell c,My first bad experience
