NEW CELLPHONE CONTRACT

I received the Samsung S6 black in colour, I called Cell C and spoke to a consultant (cannot remember the name) and asked if I could change the cellphone for a platinum gold colour. to date no1 called to tell me if that would be possible after numerous calls to that particular agent who said that they will call me back , KINDLY ASSIST
