New 7\ Tablet Deal"

On 23 Jan '15 i was called about a new deal I qualified for.The sales guy asked if I wanted 2 tablets,1 for my daughter as well & I said no,I don't have a daughter.He took all my details & read me my terms & conditions & said that a cell c consultant will contact me the next week to confirm the order,address & bank details.I asked him why I didn't get my terms & conditions as I was promised with my previous contract & he said that the courier people must give it with the order when delivered but he will email it to me as well.I never received it by email.The consultant phoned me & told me I ordered 2 tablets & I said no it was only 1 & then she said there stand I ordered 2.I asked how much will the 2 be both p/m & she said R229 & the starter pack R39.I told her then that it is fine cause I thought it was R229 each p/m.On 30 Jan I received the starter pack & then they said the tablets will follow on 2 Feb.On 2 Feb I only received 1 tablet & another starter pack & no terms & conditions.When I spoke to them today they said I ordered only 1 tablet.I asked about the terms & conditions again & the lady said she will log it on the computer.It is very unprofessional & I need answers ASAP
