NEVER WILL I USE CELLC AGAIN

Cell C is the worst network out there. After being n loyal customer for about 11 years and struggling with whem alot, this past year was the worst! Beginning of this year my debit order was increased with R180 more that usual. I called in and queried about this and they told me that I took out 2 month to month contract with Cell C. Cell C could not show me proof were these two contracts was taken out and said i must go to Savannah Mall Cell C as the contracts was taken out there. Whent there 3 times and no one could give me any proof af these contracts. After 3 months I eventually got those 2 contracts cancelled. Then i requested my settlement on the contract I had with then. Got the amount and banking details with reference I must use and did so. Called in and cancelled my contract. Beginning of this month they deducted a amount of my account. I called in to find out for what. According to them my contract was never closed and they "ASSUMED " i just paid in advance and my contract is still open. Now another almost R2000 must be paid to them just because a corporate company like Cell C ASSUMES thing on behalf of their customers. I will never recommend Cell C to anyone ever!
