Never use westgate cellc to upgrate or send your phone to repaired or take a new contract out

Never go to a cellc store to WESTGATE MALL i was send my phone in for repaire on the 17 of november 2020 the cellc repair center send me a sms that my phone is despatch and i call them from the 29 November to find out if my phone has arrive the staff with the name dory said she will caled me and that the deviced is not in yet on the 01 December 2020.so i contact the cellc repaired center there inform me that my phone was delivered on the 28 November already delivered i caled them every day from the 29 november to find out every one inform me that its not bean deliverd there staff dont now what happen in stored

So i went to the store to collect my phone and the manager was so rude to me when i explained to him and said i must wait he dont even listen to my quary

I was received my phone on the 1 December but my point is there are rude and havent even let me now that my phone was there after phone every day
