Never use CellC!!!

I have never been so disappointed and I actually regret ever walking into they store. I Went in their store and took out a contract for 2 phones and i gave them my bank statement and even asked they debit the account on the 25th of every month , i called them to ask them to debit my account earlier than the given date and confirmed the amount to be debite, to my suprice the amount had changed from the 500 to 700 they explained why i took that reason and they confirmed debit order will go off. to this day a debit order has never went off i have called manytimes asking the check if they have correct banking deatils they refused and i was later told a 2 months later by their collection department that my account was not set for debit order but i was told debit check was sent to my account.
