Never use Cell C; no good service in all 7 years

I paid up my Cell C account; however they refuse to send me a paid up letter and to report to the Credit Bureau that I don’t owe them and that my contract is cancelled. I don’t know what kind of people Cell C hires; they are rude, unhelpful and have no empathy. Today I spoke to Mlungisi Dube who tells me that out of all the time I have spent to get away from Cell C, I still have to go beg their legal department to do their job and remove whatever is at the Credit Bureau.
