Never use Cell C network they are ****mers!!!!!!

Saturday 26 August 2023, I bought a R219 airtime on my app to purchase the R219 80 gig home flexible option and dialed *147# to convert my airtime into data and never got any notifications nor confirmation of the purchase instead I got a messages for me to spin

Next thing when I check my airtime and data it says I have 0 balance for both and didn't even browse the internet.

Then Tuesday I called customer service to state my issue, the agent didn't have patience nor did he made any sense.

He then said someone will call me back until now, no one has called nor said anything

This was on Tuesday, my airtime or data has been reimbursed.
