Never use CELL C as a service provider. ****!!!!

I have never been this unsatisfied with a service provider. 6 days straight without fibre internet , Mind you i am paying for this service .

Ref number CF044 208 was given to me last week already . All the call agents tried to do the checks over the phone with no result.

Yesterday i call and i was informed a technician was not dispatched because my case has no phone number attached to it. I provide the information as requested.

Today i call and they tell me that a technician cannot be dispatched because back office has not responded to my query .I ask to speak to back office and im informed they are only reachable via email.

What a sorry excuse of a company. I have posted on all my social media platform that they should never use them . I've advised all my neighbors to not even bother with this sorry excuse of a company that does not even know what customer service is . I am paying for this service , it does not come cheap. I refuse to be inconvenienced like.

I was advised to cancel the contract and seek another service provider as i can see this is a norm for them.
