Never use Cell C !!!!!

I have a very bad experiences with Cell c fiber. I will never again have any business with cell c ! And strongly discourage anyone to get involved with this company. The level of customer care and communication are horrible !!!!! For about a year I am calling and sending e-mails, trying to clarify that I never received any fiber installation from cell c, I've spoken to many people, every time they say issue resolved but they are still demanding money , and handed over to debt collectors.
