Never use Cell C

Every time you call Cell c when they have to place you to the correct department the people at the other end of the line just simply put their phone down in your ear. Presumably this is a new office behavior for cell c staff. I am turning to day 5 now to get hold of ANYONE that can give me answers regarding my contract but with huge appointment and frustration. Can cell c employ competent staff or at least assign managers to manage their ground staff. This is a joke! I will cancel my contract as cell c is definitely structured for the masses and not formulated for service. Shocking Company!
