Never use cell C !

Worst service ever! Never got fibre installed but debited my account. Over a year I am battling to get clarity . I was told my account closed and I dont owe anything. But noone can send me letter to confirm. Since October I'm speaking to Karabo who is blaming all on account department. Promised I will get email , he was communicating with Khulukani Shongwe . Previously spoken to Ndumiso, who also did not send me any letter about closing account. I want to speak to CEO of this useless company!
