Never take out a cell c contract - crooooooks

I paid off my contract end of February 2020, March they didn't debit anything as the contract was now closed. Ever since this lockdown down started they have been taking money from my account for what reason I don't know! I have had to reverse the money twice already. When I call I am just placed on hold!
