******!!! NEVER TAKE ANY CONTRACT WITH THEM!

I had a 24 months contract where the 23rd of August 2024 was the last month of the 24 month contract. On the 8th of August I had asked that they do not deduct further and I did not wish to continue on any contract. The lady I was speaking to then said I had to give a months notice so I would be paying an amount of about two hundred and odd Rand for the month of September and I would recieve the minutes and data as per normal. 1st of September 2024 I receive the minutes and data but on the 8th of the same month it all disappears and I'm told the contract was canceled as per request but I will still need to pay for the full benefits on the 23rd of September. WHY THE HELL AM I EXPECTED TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DONT HAVE!!?
