NEVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH CELL C

I recently canceled my contract with Cell C, so I thought. One consultant told me to pay R2596. I did, then on 19 July 2017 I called billing department around 12:24 I spoke to Tiisetso (ref no : 1 ********** 0 ********** )asking if I will be billed end of July or not, he assured me numerous times I would not be billed.

July 26, debit date I was not billed and I was thrilled that im done with with Cell C. On 14 Aug 2017 I called to get Cell C to give me written confirmation that I no longer have contract with them, to my horror I was told I owe R429 apparently July subscription. I was taken from one department to the other with consultants either not knowing what is happening or telling me that money that I paid has not been allocated.

IF I TRULY OWE, WHY WAS THERE NO DEBIT ON 26 JULY?

IF I DID NOT CALL IN, WHO WAS GONNA TELL ME I STILL OWE CELL C?

PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY AND TELL ME WHY I WAS **** TO BY BILLING DEPARTMENT.

I UURGE PEOPLE OUT THERE NEVER TO TAKE A CONTRACT WITH CELL C AS THEY ARE ***** AND WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT RECORD
