Never stock at Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg

Hi I'm Drieves Willem Jonker been with Cell C about 8 years and 4 contracts but this is the 3rd time when I do an upgrade that there is no watch available and now willing to wait it will go on for 2 weeks now. I'm very disappointed and feel like I'm being treated as second class or is all the watches just for some special customers. All the other stores have them but not Cell C Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg.
