Never sign Cell C contract
How is it legal for cell c to increase prices during contract? So now you can sign a contract and ignore the price as it will increase in few months time. This is not fair. If prices must change then they can not let us sign 24 months, maybe then just 6 or 12 months. I think this needs clarity from the court. I will cancel my contract period. It's absolutely absurd. It is better not to sign any contract with cell c ever and I regret it very well!!!

As per the subscriber terms and conditions, the prices at the date you start your Agreement may not be the same for the whole period of the Agreement. If the
prices change Cell C SP will let you know.
Prices/ charges meaning any applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card fee, Equipment Fee, risk transfer charge and any other charge relating to the provision of Services and Equipment to you in terms of the Agreement.

Well that is a shame, because still I do not get why we need to sing any longer agreements if we are uncertain about the future of our contracts. I mean now you put prices up and in few months again, where will this leave the consumer. I will say as per a friend in attorney I have spoken to, it will be better then that customers should be able to exit a contract within the 24 months, provided the cellphone was covered. For example if a cellphone was R2000 on contract and after say a period of 6 or 12 months the phone part is paid up, we must be able to exit a contract. That is the only way to be fair. But I say Good Bye to Cell C for good and will not recommend Cell C to any one ever again because I still do not believe it is fair to sign a fix contract for 24 months and Cell C can put prices up just like they want to, No I will not stand for this!
