Never reverting unless I use Hellopeter

Cell C reverted to me after my previous post on Hellopeter and wanted me to renew my contracts as it held the view that it valued me as a client. I sought a specific handset as part of such bona fide renewal and was advised that the phone was out of stock. It later appeared from my investigation that the phone was not yet available in SA and only became available on 2 July 2015. This despite Cell C has now ignored 5 reminders from me to find out when the phone will be available. Naturally I am aware that it is now available and if I was a valued client I would have had a call from Cell C (out of their own) to advise me of said fact. However and since I am just as ignored as all their other clients, they did not even revert to my reminders. They are truly so useless they can't even fix their admitted bad service errors.
