never received infirmation

I was called by a cellc agent that was selling get more she told me that I would receive a mail right after the call with everything that she said in the call, a few days later I got my bill but still no information about how any of it works or even how to register to get the membership number. It sounded like a good deal because she was talking about all kinds of things like movie discounts, salons, buying a house and discounts on other items that I would be interested in. Then I got a short mail with a link but it doesn't seem to do anything, only sends a mail saying that you have to confirm registration and then NOTHING. I dont want to feel like I'v been **** to, then Id rather cancell it i can use the money for something ells. Cellc has really disapointing service!
