NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH CELLC!!! THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU CLOSE IT

Cell C still refuses to close the account even though I have paid all the money I owe them. Would it be wrong if I take this to social media platforms because I have proof of payment from NDS. Worse part at CELLC they are not explaining what is exactly the problem if I call them their consultants always give me incorrect numbers just to get rid of me.
