Never join Cell C it will only cause frustration!

<p>I was planning to leave Cell C after my contract expires due to cheaper and better deals at Telkom mobile and the better network coverage. My contract expires on the 7 October and I now that you must give notice if you intend to cancel your contract. I went to a Cell C store thinking that htey would be able to cancel the contract to which they said that I can only do it through customer care. I called them somewhere between the 28-31 of August to which they rep**** that I can only contact them on 7 September for some obscure reason. When I tried to call them on the 7th I was not able to get to there retentions department for more than a week, When I finally was able to get to the department on 16 September they told me (after about a 5 minute wait while I was on hold) that they are not able to help me and that I must go to a Cell C store. I was not able to go to a store at this point in time due to time restrictions but I can safely say that there customer service is pathetic and that I will never rejoin or recommend Cell C to anyone I know. </p>
