Never join Cell C
Hello Peter, Cell C has opened up my past contract with them which was paid up and cancelled last year. They had handed me over and I was forced to pay an amount to the value of 2 months premiums. Now they refuse to give me a paid up letter and they are not updating my credit profile to remove this record they have created. No one responds to emails or calls.

11 Aug 2021, 21:14Still no help from Cell C. I received empty promises from 2 agents that called me, but refused to confirm our call with an email. Apparently, they are not allowed to send confirmation emails to their customers.
