Never in your live take a contract by cel c or insurance by them..

Im now starting to hate this company.i was approached for a contract i then took out 3 one phones screen cracket and not a day after i booked it the next one the same thing happend i phoned in to book a repair.after a month of phoneing every day and emailing finaly it gets colected.i get contacted with a quote. I then email those forms to hear whats the acses to be paid and phones can be fixex a nota month of semding those forms everyday gos by noone phones.i then phone they say i need a form for each phone..and the week after still noreply here only one phone geta dropt by my house not repaird..so now what wait a nota month for the phone to be picked up.also on a previous time one phone was ****** also took months to replace and endless cals that takes hours to be answerd.at a stage it was made known to me that the changing vrom insurance company..so i had to give al info tru to them again..when ****** phone was eventually replaced the sim then took weeks to be activated... I do not know who to phone email or ask for help..when phoneing c surance you wait hours on the line..can anyone please help me..we do not have a store close.so everything happens over the phone..one things thats for sure..never in my life again!!!once these phones are fixed i will cancel that c surance pay my contract done..and ill be done with them
