Never have stock

I have upgraded my contract on 26 July and every time I phone CellC I get told they do not have stock of the phone and no one can tell you when they will get stock. How can you advertise a phone but never have stock of the phone and the watch! Seems like this is just a **** to get you upgraded but then you have to wait weeks for your phone.

and please do not email or phone and say "we apologize for the inconvenience" as this is all you do and nothing gets done to get stock sorted.
