Never have reception

Good day<br> <br> I am very upset with the service or rather non service of cell c. We stay in Fourways Nietgedacht area. I almost never have reception on my phone, me and my fiance both have cell c contracts. Our reception is so bad we can not even phone customer care,or ask them to call us..... We are so upset. Surely this is a bridge of contract as cell c does not provide me with a service more than 80 persent of the time. It was never so bad as the last 2 months..... I am no longer interested in cell c's excuses, I only want to know how to get out of 2 useless contracts... Thank you. It does not help for cell c to try and call me as I never have reception, please contact me by e mail.
