Never have mobile data signal!!!!!!

I have been having problems with my signal.I am in bellville today and have to data signal. i can't utilise mt WhatsApp or Facebook.i can't go on the internet.I can't make any outgoing calls. i rebooted and shutdown my phone still the error persists. What's going on here. I mean i got bundles and minutes and can't use it. I can't call as i am having an emergency. Please investigate this issue as its happening almost every single day. What's the use I'm wit a service provider and they not keeping their end of the deal. They do not provide me the service i am paying for.
