never had such rude service before

This has been going on for two months now and I want Cell C to give one valid reason why I should stay with them when their customer service is so shocking. Two complaints have gone unanswered and now I am paying Cell C R3091 where this should have been dealt with months ago. I finally called to sort out some type of setllement before my line was suspended and had the misfortune of dealing with David Kutumela, he came across unfriendly, threatening and aggresive, sends me an AOD without a company letterhead, the form was not proofed and had someone elses name in it half way through, even though I asked twice I was still referred to as Mrs when I am not married and refuses to respond to my emails asking for confirmation of payment. Please go ahead and listen to the voice recordings, I am a paying customer and deserve better than being treated with disdain. without doubt I am looking at another service provider and I will tell everyone I know how awful cell c is
