Never going back to cellc

My problem with cellc still not resolved. I have called in again today at cellc and made to wait 20 mins to speak to team leader brain tunyiswa. I am really fed up with cellc. Simple thing to cancel my contract because it has finished but till today I am still calling cellc and it's still not done.

***. It's OK please don't do anything else. I have made the payment they say they required and closed off that contract. I don't need any assistance anymore. It's been almost 3 months me driving to cellc to get to speak to cellc over the phone. #its over. Leave it
