Never get a contract phone with CELL C SOUTH AFRICA

<p>if you are looking to buy a new phone contract <br />please please pleeeeeeeease <br />forget about cell C because they are the worst **** possible.</p> <p>these guys told me that my phone comes with a one year warranty for any mechanical faults. And I was okay with that, fast forward to 6 months later my phone out of nowhere switches off and I am told to wait 21 WORKING DAYS before it comes back.</p> <p>okay, I patiently await the fixing of my phone and 21 days pass, what happens? nothing! So I go to the shop where I left my phone and they tell me to call the repairs centre and ask about the progress of my phone ( they don't even have the courtesy to inform me I must call them)</p> <p>When I do ( Ladies and gentlemen round of applause for this one ) Apparently, They have "trying" to get a hold of me on a number I asked them specifically not to use that's first. And secondly</p> <p>" a quotation of R2160 has been made for the J700 ma'am" <br />what quotation you may ask I mean my phone is still under warranty.</p> <p>" Well ma'am corrosion has been found around the charging port, and if there's corrosion anywhere on the phone you forfeit the warranty "</p> <p> </p> <p>imagine!!!!</p> <p>1. Please help me understand how WONT you find corrosion around the charging port because I charge the phone everyday?<br />2.
