NEVER EVER GET INTO BUSINESS WITH CELL C I HOPE THEY GO BANKRUPT

I wish it was possible to give them no stars but this site doesn't allow for this. They hire the most rude and disgusting consultants in relation to billing issues which their system never actually captures with any degree of accuracy. My mother took a contract out with them and they've been double debiting her so she elected to pay them cause obviously it costs money to reverse debits with the bank. In addition to this they've still continued to claim that they're not seeing the payments on their end even after being furnished with proofs of payments plus they've been charging her penalty fees which were never discussed in the issuing of the contract. Nowhere on the contract does it state there are penalty fees but yet Cell C continue to demand them. They're the worst mobile operator in the country without a doubt the consultant that called my mother Moses Mo***eng is the embodies exactly how Cell C operate unprofessional and self serving. I've never heard a consultant shout down a customer like that before. As consumers Cell C will feel our hurt as well honestly we need to start a consumer boycott against this company. Never seen a company treat the majority of its customer base like this and continue like what they're doing is normal. #SayNoToCellC
