Never ever get anything from Cellc!!!!

I am trying to cancel my contract and they won't let me! I first sent an email on the 30th of May to try and cancel. They rep**** saying that they will call me back. They never did. So, today I tried calling. I tried doing the security check and they said my information was wrong even though it was correct! I was sitting with my bank statement in front of me. This is absolute BS! They are denying me from my right to cancel a contract. This is also not the first time I have had issues with Cellc. The worst company imaginable. Part of the reason I am trying to end my contract.
