Never ending headache

A few years ago an contract was *****ulently upgraded without my consent. Matter was reported to Cell C and they informed me that it was solved. They never reversed the debit on my credit score resulting in bad credit. After contacting experian to rectify the issue my credit score increased. Bit wait theres more. While applying for finance on a vehicle this week it came to light that Cell C never rectified the ***** claim and because of this no bank will finance me until the itc os corrected by Cell C.
