Never ending Contract

<p>Hi</p> <p>In 2009 Feb we took a contract with Cell C for 2 years. however the contarct never ended. After numerous calls & emails to the call centre we never got any joy. After 5 years of Cell C debiting my money, i sent a request to Hello Peter for help. In April 2016 i got help from Hello Peter, Cell C offered to give me 1 year money back claiming it was my duty to cancel the contract. they kept up to the word & paid me 1 years money back in April 2016. And the debiting of R145.01 stopped. at the end of May Cell C started debiting the amount of R145.01 from my account again. i am now seriously annoyed ...paying for a contract that no longer exist. i want my money back & Cell C to stop debiting my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr. K Naidoo</p> <p> </p>
