NEVER decide on Cell C

I app**** for a sim only data only contract from Cell C at the beginning of April 2019. I spent endless airtime and time on the phone with them, firstly to get the sim card and then to activate it. I was told there is coverage in Villiers Free State but there was none. When you try to contact them they can not put you through to anyone you have to wait two days for them to contact you and nobody does, sending e-mails is also useless as nobody bothers to get back to you. So on 26 April 2019 at 08h20 I called to cancel the contract, I was told it would be cancelled within 24 hours as I knew this would not be done I sent a e-mail as well, surprise surprise nobody got back to me and I received an invoice for May 2019 for something I cant use and cancelled. Until today when I log into my cancelled account it still says processing. I am furious and disgusted with Cell C. I will be posting this review on Face Book along with all the correspondence already sent via e-mail.
