Never Choose Cell C Fibre! Worse Provider! Breach of Contract, Bad Customer Service and NO Accountability.

It is with great regret, that I have to write review on this platform for my voice to be heard.

When dealing with CELL C, BE VERY CAREFUL, who you deal with and what you sign for. I signed up for C-Fibre on the 28th of December 2018. With this deal came with 3 months "free" fibre with any 50mb /100mb lines. I chose the 100mb. This deal also included the installation cost etc. The line was activated in the middle of April 2019 as they were still completing the installation in our area. The agent that came to do the installation at my home assured me that the deal was still on and I would be getting 3 months free. Because I signed up during the promotional period it is valid.

Also note: I have app**** twice via the Cell website and 3 times via Vumatel for the exact line speed between January to March 2019 for this promotion.

On the 1st of June I received a invoice of R 1999.1 for pro rata and one months usage. Of course, I logged a ticket, but I APPARENTLY have not signed up during the period of the promotion and that the promotion ended in December 2019 Absolute *******.

I provided proof, followed up several times on my tickets, and no response. I even provided them with a copy of the contract, reference numbers of my signups, and most importantly the number of the agent who actually is working for them and signed me up. I even provided dates as to the promotion which I got from their own website. Result: Nothing. Nada. Zilch. *****.

NEVER do I ever want to deal with Cell C Fibre or their support. These people do not stick to their promises and don't take accountability. I will be cancelling my contract with immediate effect and pay my outstanding balance of R 3290.

Please do not call me with any of your empty promises and bad excuses. I will only stay with your company if you deliver on what was promised to me.

Apologies for the frustration you have experienced.

We have escalated the matter to management from the Fibre department.
Do expect communication soon.
