Never buy from Cell C Online (its a nightmare)

I have bought phone from Cell C Online , Phone was faulty arranged a return and now I am waiting for Refund Its been 4 month now they put me through diffrent departments and not responding to my my email (Mbali Maritz) Its looks like they are not willing to pay me back and I went to Cell C Shop trade route lenasia they said When you buy online they cannot help (really? like a complete diffrent company) I did sent my bank statement proof of payment. My ref. no TT ********** 854.
