Never been treated this bad by any service provider

I would like to start off by saying that I am not a dramatic person and would not make things bigger then what they seemed but this was as dramatic as I will explain.

At 18:43 on 22 November 2017 the doors of Cell C Zevenwacht was closed in my face. And I mean, in my face by the staff that works there. Bare in mind the website clearly states that the store closes at 19:00!!!! The agents that closed this door saw us coming and continued to shut and lock the door. I had to explain through a glass door that I merely needed to do a sim swap and that the website said they should be closing at 19:00 but was told by the *********** Kailey Cleophas (not sure how you spell the name), mind I say that while she was addressing me as the client who is suppose to come first, she was talking on her cell phone, that this is done at some or the other persons discretion. Immediately showing me as a loyal client for many years that my voice did not matter at all. I continued to ask Mason and Tiffany, also ***********, for help and guess what??? Mason walked away and Tiffany fed the same **** about they are not allowed to be open until 19:00. Is your website a lie or your staff Cell C because anyone that goes on your site now will be told you close at 19:00.

Thinking that if I spoke to the manager of the store, I might be helped, I asked to speak to the manager and guess what? The manager was not there!!!!! Went home already!!!! Seriously Cell C?! I drove all the way from Bellville to Kuilsriver Zevenwacht expecting to be helped but this was just pathetic service. All I want to know now is how the hell do I get out of these contracts with you guys because I explained to them I am a loyal client and this treatment is unacceptable but they did not care. I am disgusted and dissapointed in this branch as well as this brand and would never advise anyone to go there nor to join the Cell C brand.

The only reason you get one star on this site is because it does not allow to proceed without giving a rating because you guys deserve zero stars.

Who closes the door in the faces of their clients? Oh I know, Cell C!!!
