never been this upset
took out a contract on the 29th april and the next day it went for repaires when i told them i want a new phone or another brand they said i cannot . this is utter **** !!!!

i want to cancel this deal .
like i said i do not want that phone that went in for repaires .
when a contract is taken out they expect a phone that works .

i just told the sales agent to cancel my deal as i am recieving **** services from everyone ar cellc .
yesterday i was told they are going to send me a email as i will recieve a month free .
i recieved no email and i told the sales agent at the store to cancel this deal .
as per them i am still going to pay wether i like it or not.
