NEVER ANY RESPONSE FROM CELL C EVER!!

They were supposed to send me the settings for my phone on 14 September 2015, according to the sms I received. I have tried many times to follow the prompts but with no result and have now sent them 7 sms messages and 2 emails which they have ignored completely. I do not have the time to make a special trip to one of their branches and because I am hard of hearing I cannot do this over the phone. Amazingly not a day goes by that I don't receive promotional sms s from them offering all sorts of deals on air and data time, so they are obviously too stupid/negligent/uninterested to realise I cannot take up any of these as I STILL DON'T HAVE THE SETTINGS which means they are also losing out - a great example of how not to do business.
