NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, ITS JUST RINGS

I need to cancel my insurance and when ever i try to call the call centre, the phone just rings or i am out on hold. i only have a certain time period in which i can call to cancel, or i will be billed for another month, i am really getting sick and tired of cell c all together, since last week i have been trying to contact them, really bad service.
